• A simple selfie with a caption: “Working on my peace today. Big shoutout to Serenity for helping me stay centered ”
• A heart-centered quote or message: Your nervous system deserves a reset too. ”
• A story post: “Stressed? Overthinking? I just found something that actually helps. Message me and I’ll share it with you.”
• A quick reel or video: just sharing why you care about mental health or supporting others We’ll have more content and tools soon — but you being you is more powerful than anything we could script.
Day 3 – Keep the Wave Going
Follow up with two people you haven’t heard back from yet. A quick DM or text can turn curiosity into action. Why it matters Most people just need one reminder — you’re helping them remember.
