Marketing Manager Internship Role

The Marketing Manager intern will play a crucial role in expanding the Serenity College Program to campuses across America. Key Responsibilities:

1. Expansion and Outreach:

Connect with Career Offices: The intern will reach out to career offices at colleges and universities across the country, introducing them to the Serenity College Program and establishing partnerships to recruit student interns.

Qualifying Candidates: The intern will assess potential candidates from various schools to ensure they align with the program’s mission, have the necessary skills, and are motivated to make a difference on their campuses.

2. Strategic Vision and Creativity:

Creative Contributions: The intern will actively participate in shaping the Serenity College Program's future by contributing ideas to enhance its reach, impact, and effectiveness. This includes brainstorming innovative marketing strategies, creating promotional materials, and refining messaging to resonate with diverse student populations.

3. Program Coordination and Support:

Support New Interns: Assist in the onboarding process of new Serenity Guides and Digital Marketing Interns, providing guidance and ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.

Feedback Loop: Establish a system for gathering feedback from career offices, interns, and program participants to continually refine and improve the program.
