In the discover phase, you'll begin to uncover and become aware of the thoughts, emotions and beliefs that have created many of the disruptions in your mind and body. The more aware you become, the less stress has any power over you.

1. Begin by writing down the biggest challenges, problems and uncertainties in your life.

2. After you have those written down, circle the top three that bother you the most.

3. Now circle the one that drains the most energy.

4. Close your eyes and breathe into it. Become fully aware of it and how you feel about it.  

When you feel that you have connected with that challenge, you're ready to move onto the next step
